One of those artefacts that needs to be shared immediately after discovering it exists – an ancient Greek red-figure terracotta oil lamp in the shape of a lobster claw with horses decorating it.

This is a strong indicator that, 2500 years ago, affluent Aegean people enjoyed fresh lobster meat.

It has been dated to circa 460 BC and is on display at the Met NY.

발견과 더불어 곧바로 대중과 공유해야 할 유물 중 하나인 고대 그리스 적색 인물화 red-figure terracotta 테라코타 기름등잔terracotta oil lamp이다.

이 등잔은 바닷가재 집게발 모양lobster claw에 말 그림을 장식했다.

이는 2500년 전 에게해 부유한 사람들이 신선한 바닷가재를 즐겼다는 강력한 증거다.

기원전 460년경으로 추정되는 이 등잔은 뉴욕 메트로폴리탄 미술관에 전시되어 있다.
